Recognize your child's teacher throughout the Westerly school district and community with a special Teacher Appreciation package!
Give the gift of appreciation:
Your tax deductible donation of $25 (or more) per staff member to the Westerly Education Endowment Fund (WEEF) will allow you to recognize the teacher(s), administrator(s) and other school personnel of your choice. For $50 (or more) whole teams (i.e. middle school teams of teachers) can be recognized (4 teacher limit). Program applies to the Westerly School district.
Teacher Appreciation package includes:
Certificates of appreciation, card with YOUR personal thoughts, apple pin, name displayed at their school, recognition at a school committee meeting, announcement on social media and on the WEEF website. Additionally, all nominated teachers will also be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $1k WEEF GRANT!
How to give:
Complete a short form by June 5th by CLICKING HERE. You will need the teacher's information, your contact information and may include your personal thanks. All recognized teachers will receive their Teacher Appreciation package the week of June 10th
