Grant Naming Opportunities
The naming opportunity concept was developed by WEEF Board Members in 2009. WEEF wanted to give individuals, businesses and/or foundations the opportunity to name a grant in an effort to foster a sense of community. There are four different types of grant naming opportunities available:
1.) Living person
2.) In Memorial
3.) In Lieu of Flowers
4.) Organization (i.e WHS Class of 1976)
WEEF's grant naming option not only provides a vehicle to honor a person or organization, it also allows funds donated to be used in an active way that will benefit the students of today and students of generations to come. To name a grant, one must make a commitment of $5,000 or more to a directed fund of their choice. To see examples of Grant Naming Opportunities, CLICK HERE.
